New Students
Parents are advised to submit applications early to ensure a seat for their child(ren), for our KG and Primary grades. Applicants are invited to schedule an appointment with our registrar at the following times to submit application in person and complete application process.

The following must be enclosed with all accepted applications
- Certified birth certificate including the national ID number
- Copy of the family booklet
- Two recent photos
- Copy of the vaccination card and a medical clearance certificate
- Copy of a valid residence permit and picture of Father’s passport for non-Yemenies.
- Copy of Father’s National ID
For transferring students (except applications for Pre KG, KG, and Grade 1)
- Haddah Valley School letter of admission
- Transfer document to Haddah Valley School issued by the previous school.
- Cumulative report card for the student stamped by the previous school and Ministry of Education
- Student’s health card from the previous school
- Students transferring to Grade 10 should bring previous school results for Grades 8 and 9.
Minimum Age
The minimum age for students should be as follows:
- 2 years and 8 months for Pre-KG
- 3 years and 8 months for KG1
- 4 years and 8 months for KG2
- 5 years and 8 months for Grade 1
Accepting Transfer Students
Transfer Procedure
- When a transferr student is accepted, and upon receiving the students’ report cards for the last 2 years, parents will be given a letter of admission by Haddah Valley School.
- The previous school should issue a transfer document to Haddah Valley School for the student. This transfer document needs to be placed by the previous school in the student’s file together with the letter of admission. The file is then handed to the parent.
- The previous school should hand in the student file to the parents.
- Parents must obtain a financial clearance certificate from the previous school.
- Parents should certify the transfer document and the previous school year results.
- The complete student file is then handed to administration at Haddah Valley School.
Certification of Documents
- In case of transfer from any of the governorates, the file must first be certified by that governorate’s Private Education Department.
- For transfers from schools outside Yemen documents should be certified by: - Ministry of Education of the previous country - Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the previous country - Yemen Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
